Which grades does Vodata LearnAI cover?
We cover Grades R to 12 across the CAPS curriculum, plus foundation content for TVET colleges and first-year university bridging.
Which languages are supported?
All 11 official South African languages — English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, isiXhosa, Sesotho, Setswana, Sepedi, siSwati, Tshivenda, Xitsonga and isiNdebele.
What devices does it work on?
Any modern browser on a phone, tablet, Chromebook or PC. We also support low-bandwidth modes for areas with limited connectivity.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. Conversations are age-appropriate, filtered for safety, and all data is handled in line with POPIA. Parents can review activity through the parent portal.
Where is data stored?
Learner data is hosted in South Africa with encryption in transit and at rest. We are POPIA compliant and never sell personal information.
Can teachers track learner progress?
Yes. The teacher dashboard shows assignments completed, time on task, topic mastery, and flagged areas needing support.
Do you offer bursaries or zero-rated access?
We partner with networks, NGOs and provincial departments on bursaries and zero-rated data programmes. Contact us if you'd like to fund or qualify for access.
How do schools sign up?
Visit the For Schools page or contact our team. Onboarding typically takes 2–4 weeks including teacher training and class setup.
